Last month, Distinction Magazine hosted a “Sunset on the Island” dinner party on a beautiful piece of prime real estate to celebrate the new “Food” issue, out now. Joined by a visiting Marleigh, we ventured out to enjoy an evening of local delicacies, drinks, and dazzling views.
On September 29th, the O’Connor Brewing Company hosted their fourth food truck challenge of 2017: Breakfast for Dinner! All About the Cheese, Twisted Sisters Cupcakes, and Vicki Vail’s competed to be the crowd favorite as well as the top pick from a panel of esteemed judges. Twisted Sisters came out on top with a savory and sweet breakfast cupcake topped with everybody’s favorite - bacon!
The O’Connor Brewing Company is located in Ghent’s “industrial” district and offers free brewery tours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
